HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM AND ERRORS.

FlyCo FTC LMS (Flight Training Center Learning Management System) is a distance learning platform prepared by FlyCo Training Solutions. FlyCo FTC LMS ensures that lessons defined in it are provided in such a way that defined users can fulfill requirements by Civil Aviation Authorities. This platform is liable to keep users' tracking as required by such authorities.

1. Please click on "START LMS" button to open LOGIN SCREEN.

START LMS

User Login Screen consists of three sections - "Username", "Password" and "I forget my password". Such information is notified to users by the Company at which users are registered. Username and password are typed into the login screen, which is the entry screen of FlyCo FTC LMS, allowing access through the FlyCo FTC LMS system.

Errors !!

FAILURE TO ACCESS TO THE LOGIN SCREEN:

Such a problem generally arises when FLASH PLAYER is not installed in your computer. In such a case, the latest version of flash player can be downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer for the solution of the problem.

FAILURE TO OPEN LOGIN SCREEN:

If you see login screen is white and has an error, you should clean your browser history and configure your browser.

Please use the link named "Click here to configure Web Browser" on the main page.

If you see openning page is black and no error, please use "F5" key on your keybord to refresh your browser.

If problem continue, please use the link named "Click here to configure Web Browser" on the main page.

 

2. To enter the system, please use your username and password which are given by your Flight Training Department.

Errors !!

Your username is not registered into the system.

Username is not correct. Please contact with your Flight Training Department to find out your username.

Your password is incorrect.

Please click on OK button and use "I forget my password" link on the login page. (See below).

3. If you forget your username, please contact with your Flight Training Department. If you forget your password, please follow instructions below.

Please click on "I forget my password"

Please enter your e-mail address used for registration.

When the system is send your user information to your e-mail address you will see this message and please check your mails to recieve.

Error !!

Your e-mail address is not registered into the system. If you do not remember your e-mail address please contact with your Flight Training Department.

 

4. When you enter the system, please review the meaning of "Available", "SELF STUDY ONLY" and "EXPIRED". This note will be shown only when you enter the system.

5. Than please click "OK" button to see User Menu screen.

AVAILABLE:

The state of the lesson in the CERTIFICATION cell is referred to as AVAILABLE which is shown in illustration above. According to this state, the user has less than 3 months to complete the certification period. The user has to take and complete lessons, and the user should pass the exam of the lesson and recieve a passing grade. Everthing made in lessons by the user under this state is recorded.

UNAVAILABLE & SELF STUDY ONLY:

The state of the lesson in the CERTIFICATION cell is referred to as UNAVAILABLE which is shown in illustration above and it has a statement of"SELF STUDY ONLY" just opposite to it. A user holding this state has already finished the lesson or the lesson certification period is not started and has more than 3 months of the certification period. The system allows the user to get lessons for refresher. User can study the lesson but it does not keep records and extend the certification period.

Please note that the tracking system will not record any completion of the course!! Please complete the lesson when it shows "AVAILABLE" in the Certification cell.

EXPIRED:

The state of the lesson in the CERTIFICATION cell is referred to as AVAILABLE which is shown in illustration above and it has a statement of "EXPIRED" just opposite to it. In such a case, entries of users into lessons are suspended. Users should contact the Flight Training Department of his/her company for re-participation in corses

LESSON ENTRY BUTTONS

Lesson entry buttons seen in the left in illustration are used for entry into desired lessons.

STARTING DATE

It demonstrates on what date any user has started the course during the current certification period.

LAST LOGIN

It shows the last login date

NUMBER OF ENTRY

It indicates the number of entry into courses.

ELAPSED TIME

It shows total time user has already spend in the courses.

PROGRESS %

It shows the progress in percentage throughout courses.

LISANS EXP. DATE

It highlights the date when lessons are supposed to be finished, that is the licence expiry date.

EXAM

It shows unsuccessful entries of exams with a red X sing, out of 3 entry rights granted for exams, into lessons with exams are assigned. "N / A" shows exam is not required for related course.

6. What you can see and do with buttons on the User Menu screen.

 

My Profile

You can see your profile.

Update Profile

You can update your profile. (Phone, Mobile, e-mail, Adress)

Password Change

You can change your password. Please note your new password when you change.

 

Change Subtitle

You can change subtitle to your language if available.

 

Training Videos

You can see available videos in the system.

Please note;

1. All videos in the system will be recorded into the system.

2. If you watch whole video, you will see the box is marked with check next to related video button.

3. When you enter any video, system will start to track your data.

4. When you are watching the video, system will track your mouse movements. If the system did not detect any mouse movement in about 1 minute, video will stop. In this case please click on play button again to continue. This feature is added with the request by your Flight Training Department.

5. When you enter the video, please do not close video until video download is completed.

6. If you see "NaN % Loaded", close video and exit the system. Please re-enter the system. If you continue to watch video with the indication of , system might not record your data and you might watch video again.
